What you've described is correct. I have not felt the copper line, which will be my next test. I suspect the HVAC company will hook-up test gauges to test the refrigerant levels, etc. What concerns me is I con't feel any air blowing the floor vents, going to check electrical fuse panel for any tripped Breakers.
