Unfortunately what this will mean, is that people will now people will feel they have the right to go 75-80 mph.... and that is an issue.

In most areas, 70-75 will be fine. There are some areas on 93, such as near exit 23, that I think 70 would be a bit fast. Coming down that hill to the exit (93 NB) can be a bit hairy during busy times.
