I get my tips from a friend in the catering/restaurant business. Currently we pay $7.50/lb for stuff that blows grocery store meats away. We buy 30-40 lbs at a whack and split it up among a few people.

I used to love the firehouse steak tips from the Wine'ing Butcher. I wish I could get that marinade recipe!
