Interesting... I wonder how they come up with that number since LCI is not an official climate station.

Maybe their climate history is not as long as Concord's, hence the higher reading? FWIW, the 15 year averages in New Eng are typically a couple degrees warmer than the 30 year. Concord's 15 year average high, for example, is 83 compared to a 30 year of 81.
