My dad watched the Mount burn from a Boy Scout camping trip up the mountain in 1939. Now we are working on a large poster of the ship and he wants to include the names of all the Captains from 1872 to 1939. But we have run into some conflicting information during our research.

Can anyone tell me who was the Captain of the Mount Washington was from 1937 to 1939?

Was it Bryan Avery or was it still Leander Lavallee?
