When working full time.
Going to night school.
And restoring an 1800's Victorian house.
Had little time for yard work.

In those days I placed an ad in local newspaper for yard work.
I paid well. Always got some high school kid. To do yard work.
Never allowed young person into house.
Always spoke with and invited parents to view what needs to be done.

Another avenue is to make an appointment with local high school guidance counselor. A physical one on one visit. That person can find some to do yard work.

Another avenue is to write to the local Lions Club. All correspondence is read to members. Be clear and concise. Or even join the local Lions Club.

Good Luck.
