I checked the bill details before I wrote my previous post. There is no $4.95 charge for receiving a paper bill. I only pay Consolidated for a local dial tone, plus the normal associated fees like federal subscriber line charge, etc.
If you don't have phone service through Consolidated, what are you being billed for? Internet and/or TV service?
