Chmeeee has a good idea, it may work, worth a try, but I think that it only address' the "GO" side. As for the expense, you know it's lots of $$$$ for a rotary. Here in CT the state DOT pays for state road repairs and plowing. I know it's still tax payer money, but doesn't fall directly on the local tax payer. It is a bad spot no question.
