Does the oil undercoating make the vehicle run quieter at highway speeds (is the interior noticeably quieter due to undercoating) ?

All of the vehicles that I have owned whether new or used get oil undercoating.
All used vehicles will have some signs of rust underneath. Nuts bolts etc. The oil undercoating stops any further rust.
All used vehicles do get oil undercoating every year.
Cost is around $169.00. Veterans get a 10% discount.
