The miss just got rid of her 2011 Highlander for the 2005 MB. It was a major headache from day 1. My experience is the lousy mechanics at the dealer. The Highlander needs new brake lines and major front-end work to pass inspection so we lost money selling to a wholesaler. Only 98K on the clock. No more Toyota for us!

I miss my stick, but not in Floriduh with all the traffic lights, which also drops my fuel mileage from 32 here to 28 there. I’ve had no issues with the Highlander, and the dealerships both here and in FL have been fine to work with. Both VW dealerships I dealt with for the Passat were horrible. They’d break something and expect me to pay for it.
