I would recommend speaking with Betty Ann Bickford at Island Real Estate, a division of Maxfield Real Estate.

You will be hard pressed to find a realtor who knows more about non-bridged properties. 651-7040.

Dealing with Wolfeboro Power may be easier than dealing with PSNH or Eversource, so which town the island is in might make a difference. Currently dealing with Eversource on a regular piece of property and it's the biggest pain in the neck.
