I've been looking for a new deck boat for the better part of the year (I check here for insight frequently but haven't posted anything yet). I was at Meredith Marina last weekend and test drove a Hurricane SunDeck 2600. I was really surprised at how well it handled and the fit and finish is excellent. I wanted to see a 2400 (24' model) but they didn't have any in stock. I've also looked at / test driven Sea Rays, Four Winns and now the Hurricane. FWIW....the price on the new Hurricane was right around what I was looking to spend on a used Sea Ray.
