This is a statistic that can be manipulated according to your agenda. The graph is missing vital information. The first thing missing, and maybe the most important is each country's POPULATION. The graph is comparing the amount of positive cases with no mention of population. Do you think it would be relevant to know the US has 330 million people; while Italy has 60 million, Spain 47 million and Germany 83 million?
Also, as mentioned above, testing is important to understand. The more tests performed the more positive cases. This is especially important with such a contagious virus that can be asymptomatic in one and deadly in another.
Hopefully we(and the world) are turning the corner. As we see a decline in hospitalizations and deaths we can assume things are improving.
