Default Use only an Estates and Trusts Attorney

The first thing to make sure of is to use only an Estate Planning / Trusts Attorney. You are doing yourself a huge disservice if you use just a general attorney or worse yet, the real estate attorney that you used to close on your house.

The one I would recommend would be Christine Anderson of Ansell and Anderson in Bedford. She consistently makes the "Top Attorneys in NH" ranking in NH magazine and she came highly recommended to us from quality estate planning firms we used in both MA and CT when we lived there. Most importantly, she is a great person...kind and patient with her clients.
