Don't even bother with the BBB. They have changed from a respected outfit to a scam outfit themselves. They have little credibility any longer.

Sorry for the Hijack of the thread. Good luck with your ride, hopefully the dealer and manufacturer will step up and cover you. I would think since it sunk your insurance should cover it if needed.
