Yes, at $22.00/pound the Lobster salad was a bit pricey, but worth every dollar, and I was able to assemble 4-5 very generous lobster rolls on a pound and one-half of the Whining Butcher lobster salad. Not bad when you consider that lobster rolls range in price in the Lakes Region from a low of ca. $10.00 to a high of $17.00/18.00 each, and it was truly outstanding lobster salad. I added a dollup of potato salad to the plates, some chips, seedless grapes, and nice pickles....made a very nice presentation and was delicious. I will return next summer to enjoy some more!
