In an effort to get the facts right --
First and foremost at this point in time (11/29) there is
ONLY a P&S executed for the sale of the Den and no closing date has been established.
All should be aware that there are "contingencies" that have to be addressed, therefore, no guarantee of the sales completion (yet).
Post #2 in this thread is incorrect !! The potential buyer is more of an investor and will hire an experienced Operational Team to oversee the Den if/when the sale is completed.
The Lyons Den is and will be fully operational through the Holiday Season so don't let extraneous rumors deter you from setting holiday plans. We have already booked our New Year's Eve's reservation

If wondering, I have NO affiliation with the Lyons Den other than as a Patron & supporter who was there at the onset some 16 years ago and wish both Lauren & Roland the very best as they attempt to turn another chapter in their lives.
