I bought a Radinn board this year and have been enjoying it immensely. I just went through the process of registering the boat (yes, you absolutely have to have to have these registered). I stopped by Marine Patrol in Gilford and asked about placement of the bow numbers. A marine patrol officer told me that you need to use the standard 3 inch letters, but you can wrap the numbers over the top of the board. They don't need to be vertical.
