For Osteria fans out there note that the chef, Kaylon Sweet, is offering cooking classes on 3 consecutive Tuesdays in January, starting on the 7th. My wife has signed up for all three. You can pick one or more. Not exactly cheap, but finished meal and wine included. I figured it was a reasonable investment in my culinary delights. See the Osteria website.
