Yep, it sure is! Right around the end of January (BEFORE the roads got really bad) I decided to try it one night on the way home. The kids didn't talk to me for a week. Now every night I intentionally drive down Tower Hill, a.k.a. the bobsled run, just to avoid Watson. Its terrible.
