I'm just wondering. The last few reports seem to indicate the WI is improving. But they seem to have been Buffets.
Now I would ask for input from other restaurant managers:
Is it Easier to put up a Buffet...OR ...serve individual tables with orders from the menu. Again: Just wondering.
