Best of luck! We gave our slip up last year- it went to $5250 and now that we are empty nesters, the 8-10 outings we were getting in didn't justify it.
Agree, it is unfortunate, but reasonable seems to be out the door around Winnipesaukee now. And the Marina's all know that if they loose a customer, there is one waiting in line to take their place.

In talking with one Marina owner last year, storage has gotten so tight, that they turn customers away now. Another Marina owner I know is continue to look for land to convert to storage space.... At a Yacht club by me, the prices of there Valet storage lockers has gone out of sight, in the last 5 years......

I think I have always know, that Lakes Region Area was not going to be where I wanted to retire. I often didn't want to believe that.... But as the area continues to build up, and prices of property continue to reach all time highs, the more I realize, I might just need to find somewhere else, so I can retire early like I want too....

Sorry for ramble it is just what flowed out through my fingers this morning...
