Fwiw, another possible alternative is Starlink satellite internet. We put a dish on our roof on Camp Island in early 2021, and service has been very reliably over 100MBS with very few lapses. Zoom calls are stable and have low latency. $99/month + $500 one-time purchase cost.
Caveats are that you must have a fairly wide swath of open northern sky and it does use a fair bit electricity (~75kWh per month!). As we're off-grid and making our own electricity (solar + generator backup), I've considered looking at Hub66 to cut down on electric usage.
