Default Tough job, goo process

Had a delivery scheduled for today, and got an email saying "Delivered". Amazon, not USPS. Checked all the usual places and could not find the package (flat envelope). The email had a picture of the envelope in the snow by the garage door. Great help, good process. We would see the package, if driving in and if no snow fell off the roof. Downside is, the car was in the garage and would have driven over the package, unseen, while backing out. This is a tough one for the driver who may be reluctant (trained?) to not leave stuff on the front door step. On the other hand, both USPS and Amazon left packages on the front steps yesterday. Some jobs that seem simple are not always so simple. Give these folks credit for the effort when they make the effort.
