Don't worry.Never seen any of these used locally and claw and knuckle meat is easily identified.

Thanks, Sam. I knew something was up but did not know the numbers. I bit the bullet several times this year and had excellent lobster rolls at Dockside (Wolfeboro), now closed for season.

I think Tamarack serves a roll labelled as a hybrid of lobster and langostinos. It was very good when I had one years ago, but obviously not a lobster roll.
