The Taylor house is of questionable historic significance, in the opinion of many, and it would cost many thousands of dollars to make it habitable, according to estimates. Huggins already owns the adjacent property, so its acquisition of the Taylor site would make perfect sense. We desperately need more health care facilities in our town, and a Huggins expansion would be most welcome.
