The town of Moultonborough has multiple committees with the desire and intent to preserve the heritage and character of this rural town.

One of the main points of the Moultonborough Historical Society is to preserve and to protect the historic nature of the town.

The original selectman that voted to purchase this historic farmhouse in the downtown area stated clearly that the building would not be torn down.

There are multiple commercial building that are vacant or nearly vacant for any medical facility.

Cruz Con has been sold and the new owner does not own the building. The Steinsky building next to Cruz Con looks empty. Keepsale Quilting has left the area leaving a large complex building. The church school on 25B is for sale with a large complex of empty buildings.

And some just want to tear down the historic heritage of the Town of Moultonborough ?

They paved paradise to put up a parking lot:

Shame to those who ignore and demean history.
