It's a beach party for the members of Suissevale. A DJ is hired and has been for years. There is law enforcement on duty to make sure all goes well. Suissevale has over 350 homes, there are going to be people there every year...especially on 4th of July weekend with nice weather.
FWIW, get your complaints ready for when Jam Sandwich plays at Suissevale beach in a few weeks as well as when they have their annual Labor Day beach party.
