This weekend, served-up with delicious steak-cheeseburgers, potato salad, spicy hot dogs, corn, and coleslaw were some fried Rock Bass filets. (Too few, as it turned out—as there were no "seconds" on Rock Bass. )

I've had a few servings from the Bass family of fish in my time, but "Bob's Burgers" did a super-excellent job with their Rock Bass. They disappeared like they were addictive or something!
