At the risk of sounding like a knucklehead
Could someone define the term(s) Water Bars. I have an assumption as to what the are but I'd like to know if I am correct in my assumption.
By the way my assumption does NOT include places that serve alcohol. Although that would be a better definition than the one that I know is coming. My thoughts are that water bars, contrary to their name, are not a good thing.
