A major dust storm is headed our way from the Sahara.
Sunrise and sunset images can be expected to become even more spectacular; even better, scientists advise that this dust cloud will reduce the intensity (and perhaps even the number--of hurricanes).
When I was stationed in Spain, "Levant" winds would deposit fine Sahara dust on windshields and seep through
any opening in cars, boat covers, or house.
