I just heard that and I was surprised. I didn't think they were going to do that.

Even if it sells, the leases will have to be honored unless the potential buyer makes a successful effort to buy them out.

When you are talking about the type of money this property has been listed for the price it might take to buy out leases would seem insignificant.

Planning and permitting will take a considerable amount of time so any potential development might not be approved until fall anyway.
