I agree. However, that doesn't mean the public bathroom design or parking layout will be optimal. He is worrying about one aspect of the facility and that is the restaurant. The concerns voiced so far haven't mentioned the restaurant. I agree everyone should let the project fully open before passing final judgement but it is obvious there are some shortcomings that the dummies at the state totally blew.
