FLL, about two months ago I started listening to rain and thunder on YouTube at bedtime. I set the timer on the TV for 1 hour. I have consistently fallen asleep within about 10 minutes with these videos. If tinnitus is waking you up, you can let the video play all night.
My hope is that it would be difficult to hear your tinnitus over the noise of these videos. I urge you to try this. Just do a YouTube search for "black screen thunderstorm." The screen goes black after about 30 seconds. You can also turn the screen away from you for an even darker result. Try this and let us know what happens.
