When you are on I-495, get off at Rte 3 North in Chelmsford, MA. This will bring you to the Everett Turnpike in Nashua, NH which will become I-93 in Manchester. Get off at the Tilton Exit, Rte 3. (I think it is exit 20, but maybe 22). Stop at the Tilton Diner at the exit and try their Shepard's Pie. It is good and the prices are decent at the diner.
