With all those criteria, might be easier to just hire a private chef to cook at your home. Although “like-minded members” might be difficult for many families.

Seriously, my daughter did set up as a private chef. Clients chose menu and my daughter bought all the food, came to client’s house and cooked the meal as well as cleaned up. Quite lucrative, but hard work.

Don’t know if anyone does this in Lakes Region.
