One recent change is that Roku and its contract with Youtube TV have changed so new Roku devices will not include a direct access to YTTV, however you just go to the Youtube channel and at the very bottom is the YTTV option. So check out access before you go with RoKu. Of course it is also available through other devices like firestick.
I think that ROKU and YTTV reached an agreement. I have been down in Boston for two weeks, but I thought I saw something about that recently.
