I still like the Loon Center as a potential location.

Indoors in case of bad weather, full internet connections, new venue, in a different part of the lake, and a great cause for raffle procedes. JMHO.

As a member of the of the Loon Presevation, I would be willing to check out if it would be available. ( fee/no fee, can we bring in food, dates that may be available, etc.)
