Someone I know did this - blew everyone away:

Arrange for a scuba diver to be part of the action. Anchor your boat out near the finger coves on the west side of Timber Island. At a pre-set time, have the diver pop out of the water next to the boat with a small wrapped package in a watertight plastic bag. Rest is a no brainer...(I'd recommend a cuddy cabin for obvious reasons)

or, anchor your boat and hire a Seaplane Pilot to drop in at a pre-set time and taxi over to your boat with a small wrapped package, a bottle of Dom Perignon and a dozen roses. Again, rest is a no brainer. Stay away from the public places or you'll have an audience of people gawking at you.
