I look over at the Marine Patrol officer on the dock who honestly can't believe what he is seeing. This guy was completely incapable of walking never mind captaining a large multi ton cruiser!!
Needless to say he won't be on time for his Mensa meeting tonight as he was cuffed and stuffed!!
