Once secret service comes into the picture, there will be whole sale changes when he is in town... further more you have to deal with those changes even after he leave office as the Secret Service stays involved after he leave office.

On the flip side property values around the lake would sky rocket....Much as the do everywhere a president has a home.

Now on the flipside, things do calm down after a president is out of office for a while.
