For "lag", I'd intended reduced time outdoors to attain suitable vitamin D levels, stress, and substance-abuse affecting immune response.

My first Smartphone was a Samsung Galaxy 5. I used the existing app to check my pulse—thought it was cool—and never used it again.

Since Oxygen saturation is a big concern with this virus from the Far East—I'll check my new Samsung Galaxy 10e for a suitable app.
