If you don't like what you see at a venue, simply drive in by. The restaurants will place tables apart and hopefully workers will be wearing masks and washing their hands frequently but there are no guarantees to this, only guidelines.
Almost no one is going to enforce social distancing in any meaningful way. Some will hector people who don't comply and those hectored will probably pay them no attention.
