You are off base mink islander. That was terrible for that nice bird...I remember it from the pet store. And I agree, she should be prosecuted for animal cruelty (for the parrot). It is not the dogs fault, it is the owner. Beware if you live near Long Point Road, this is a big problem waiting to happen.
