What are they actually doing on your land? If there is a chain blocking the entrance, how do they get in? Are they using your land to access the lake?
Is this a regular, every day thing? Is there not a public area nearby that gives them access to the lake?

I’m sorry you are going through this and I hope this is not the new norm.
