Supposedly, the $2.88 Walmart Super Tech IS recycled oil that comes from where ever it comes from, and gets reprocessed and packaged into plastic oil bottles by some company named Warren Oil International.
Years ago, Sam Walton used to stay up late every night and reprocess all the oil all by himself and pour it into 1-qt containers using a red funnel.
