If you google "reconstructed title" and read the narrative, I am pretty sure you will not want to buy a vehicle with a 'reconstructed title'. The narrative explains what it means, and then goes on to explain all the pitfalls to watch out for, with the big one being insurability. If you want a beaters to run around on 40 acres of open land, go for it, but if you want a safe, insurable vehicle to use on the street, think twice, then think again, and again.
