A reconstructed title is probably a Salvage Title which means the car was totaled at one point, purchased and repaired and now has a different title so the owner can sell it. I wouldn’t touch it or “Carlos” with a ten foot pole. Save yourself the drive and the headache that will ultimately go with it.....
