Default Algae other than blue green

I am seeing more algae in the lake than normal - likely due to the high water temp (84 off our dock today). It is definitely not blue green as I studied pics on the internet. It looks more like what I used to think of as globs of fish eggs, mostly on the bottom but also drifting in clouds on or near the surface. Does anyone know what this particular algae is called?
