Mooring sharing info
We have had our mooring for 25 years after waiting on a list for 7years.
New owners that don't want to wait on list, want to propose a sharing of our mooring which we will have to put in a marina during this time.
I've seen this subject come up on this site awhile back and people were pretty
upset about the new people wanting to do this (sharing).
Does anyone have any info regarding this and what recourse we may have?
Any advice would be most welcome!
By the way, when they purchased their units, it was in full disclosure that there
was a "wait list".
